Drawing Fair, Marseille

At the end of summer 2025, I had the pleasure of taking part in Pareidolie, the International Contemporary Drawing Fair in Marseille.
I was represented there by the Nice-based art center La Maison Abandonnée [Villa Cameline].

An exceptional art fair

Located in the historic district of La Blancarde, the Château de Servières offers a unique, human-scale setting.
The fair’s team was warm and welcoming — a friendly, inspiring atmosphere that made the experience truly unforgettable.

A singular wall

For this edition, I presented a cohesive ensemble of ink drawings : book pages, music scores, and old nautical charts echoed one another in a poetic and graphic tension.

Behind the scenes

Under the large glass roof covered in greenery, a small niche served as a storage space.
We had been wise to bring extra stock — the work drew great enthusiasm and found its collectors.

A wonderful outcome

In the end, it was a rewarding experience and a true success.
I’ll keep the memory of a thoughtful team, an enthusiastic audience, and many inspiring encounters.
A high-quality fair that definitely makes me want to return!

Studio Journal — Final Sparks Before Marseille The last few days in the studio have been intense.
