Description
I drew the Italian stovetop espresso maker that I use every day in the studio. I love this simple, reliable object that keeps making me good coffee, even after being forgotten on the stove dozens of times. It is a reassuring, humble object. No need for grand speeches to explain it at a social gathering. The Moka is drawn on a page from Antonin Artaud’s The Theatre and Its Double, mounted on Canson paper, and framed in a brushed black aluminum Nielsen frame.
