    The works offered for sale on this site are unique pieces (or limited editions).

    Each product page contains a detailed description, dimensions, and materials used.

    3.

    Price

    Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).

    Shipping costs are specified at the time of order.

    4.

    Order

    Any order placed on this site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

    A confirmation email will be sent once the order is confirmed.

    5.

    Payment

    Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

    The order will only be shipped once payment has been received.

    6.

    Delivery

    The artworks are shipped within 5 to 10 business days after payment is received.

    Sent via tracked registered Colissimo shipping.

    Pickup at the studio available by appointment.

    7.

    Right of Withdrawal

    In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to change your mind.

    However, this right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order artworks.

    Intellectual Property

    All works offered remain the intellectual property of Franck Saïssi.

    No reproduction is permitted without prior written authorization.

    9.

    Personal Data Protection

    The information collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

    In accordance with the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

    10.

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

    Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the artist’s studio.
